1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Free Shipping:
Standard (15-22 Business Days) 

Express Shipping:
International Express (8-15 business days)

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. We do not offer refunds, shipping refunds, etc.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Rafina is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. 

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Orders cannot be shipped to Pakistan, and other war-state countries due to trade restrictions
